If you are near Victoria Island, you can rent a bicycle and ride towards Tarkwa Bay Beach. Head towards the coastline, following the signs for the beach. You'll have to navigate through the Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge, then follow the road signs directing you to Tarkwa Bay. Note that you will need to park your bicycle at the designated area before taking a boat to the beach.

From there, take a boat to Tarkwa Bay Beach. The total travel time may take around 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on traffic and waiting times.
