From Barup Waterfall, head east on the main road towards the Ajaokuta-Bauchi highway (A234). Continue on this highway for about 50 kilometers until you reach the town of Mainamaji. Once in Mainamaji, follow the signs directing you to Yankari Game Reserve. The entrance to the reserve is well-marked and will be on your right.
Public Transportation

If you're using public transportation, go to the main bus terminal in Barup Waterfall and take a bus heading towards Bauchi.
