Take a left turn onto the A121 highway towards Owo. Drive for about 30 kilometers, and look for the sign directing you to Isiagu. Follow the signs for Isiagu, and after about 10 kilometers, you will reach the Mamu River Forest Reserve, located at the coordinates 6.1762776, 7.17244.
