Walking
If you're in the city center, start at the Port Harcourt Mall on Aba Road. Head east on Aba Road towards the junction with Ikwerre Road. When you reach the junction, turn right onto Ikwerre Road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the Orogbum area. You will pass by several shops and local eateries along the way. The Integrated Cultural Centre will be on your left-hand side at Q2M3+VV6, Ikwerre Rd, Orogbum, Port Harcourt.
Public Transport (Bus)
From the main bus terminal, look for buses heading towards Orogbum or those that stop at Ikwerre Road. Board the bus and inform the driver that you want to get off at the Integrated Cultural Centre. The journey may take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Once you reach Ikwerre Road, disembark and walk towards the location (Q2M3+VV6), which should be a short distance away.
Motorcycle Taxi (Okada)
If you prefer a quicker option, find a motorcycle taxi (commonly known as Okada) in the area. Negotiate the fare before you start your journey. Tell the rider to take you to the Integrated Cultural Centre on Ikwerre Road in Orogbum. The ride should take approximately 10 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
