From the center of Yola, head south towards the main road. Walk along the road until you reach the junction with Jimeta Road. Turn left onto Jimeta Road and continue straight. You will pass by several local shops and markets along the way, which can be a great opportunity to experience local culture. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the road that leads to the Federal University of Technology Yola. Continue along this road for about 2 kilometers until you see Wetlands Park and Garden on your right.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Yola. Start by heading south to Jimeta Road. Cycle straight along Jimeta Road, enjoying the scenery, until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit, and continue cycling toward the Federal University of Technology Yola.
