Walking
If you are starting from the Yola Main Market, head south on the main road (Bauchi Road) for about 1.5 kilometers. As you walk, you'll pass several local shops and eateries. Keep an eye out for the junction with the signpost pointing towards Guyok. Turn left onto this road and continue walking straight for another 2 kilometers. You will notice several local landmarks, such as the Yola Mosque on your right. After about 2 kilometers, you will reach the outskirts of Guyok. Elephant House will be on your left side, just before the local primary school.
Bicycle
Starting from the Yola Park, rent a bicycle and ride towards the main road. Head north on the main road (Bauchi Road) for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit towards Guyok Road. Continue straight on Guyok Road for about 4 kilometers. You will pass through several villages and see local markets along the way. Elephant House will be on your right shortly after you pass a large green field.
Public Transport (Motorcycle Taxi)
From your accommodation in Yola, find a nearby motorcycle taxi (popularly known as 'Okada'). Inform the driver that you are going to Elephant House in Guyok. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will take you along the main road, and you should watch for landmarks such as the Yola Mosque and several local markets. Ask the driver to drop you off before the local primary school in Guyok, where Elephant House is located.
