From the beach at Ball Bay, walk towards the main road, Collins Head Road. Head southwest along the coastline until you reach the intersection with Collins Head Road. Once you reach the intersection, turn right onto Collins Head Road. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several scenic viewpoints along the way. Keep an eye out for any signs indicating Kingston. As you walk, you will eventually see Ball Bay House on your left, located at 109a Collins Head Road.

If you are starting from the Ball Bay Lookout, exit the lookout area and head down towards the main path leading to Collins Head Road. Once you reach Collins Head Road, turn left and walk in the direction towards Kingston. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for the house number 109a on your left side. Ball Bay House is situated just off the road, and you will see its welcoming facade as you approach.
