Walking
If you are in downtown Asheville, start at Pack Square Park, located at 121 College St. Head north on College St. towards Walnut St. Turn left onto Walnut St. and walk until you reach the intersection with Montford Ave. Turn right onto Montford Ave. The Asheville Visitor Center will be on your left at 36 Montford Ave, just a short walk from downtown.

You can take the ART (Asheville Redefines Transit) bus. Catch the 'Blue Line' from any of the downtown stops. Ride the bus and get off at the stop named 'Montford Ave at Aiken St.' From there, walk south on Montford Ave for about 5 minutes. The Asheville Visitor Center will be on your right at 36 Montford Ave.

If you have a bike, start from the River Arts District. Head northeast on Lyman St toward Riverside Dr. Continue to follow Riverside Dr, then turn left onto Amboy Rd. Follow Amboy Rd until it turns into Montford Ave. Continue on Montford Ave for about 10 minutes, and the Asheville Visitor Center will be on your left at 36 Montford Ave.
