If you're starting from Cherokee, NC, head south on US-441 S for about 3 miles. Turn right onto Blue Ridge Parkway (signs will direct you). Continue on the Blue Ridge Parkway for approximately 9 miles. The Thomas Divide Overlook is located at Milepost 463.9 on the right side of the road. Be sure to look for the overlook sign, as the parking area is just off the parkway.
