Car
If you're traveling by car, start by getting onto US-421 S from wherever you are in Cape Fear Coast. Follow US-421 S for about 10 miles until you reach the Kure Beach exit. Take the exit and turn left onto Fort Fisher Blvd S/NC-210 S. Continue on Fort Fisher Blvd S for approximately 3 miles. Look for Loggerhead Rd on your right; the aquarium will be located at 900 Loggerhead Rd, Kure Beach, NC 28449. There is a parking lot available with no additional fees.

Public Transportation
For public transportation, you can take the Wave Transit bus service from downtown Wilmington. Board the Route 204 bus towards Kure Beach. The fare is $1 per ride. The bus will take you directly to Kure Beach, where you will need to walk approximately 1 mile to reach the aquarium. Follow Fort Fisher Blvd S and then turn right onto Loggerhead Rd. The aquarium entrance will be on your left at 900 Loggerhead Rd, Kure Beach, NC 28449.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike at one of the local rental shops. Head south along the beach path towards Kure Beach. The ride is scenic and about 3 miles long. Once you reach Kure Beach, continue along Fort Fisher Blvd S. Turn right onto Loggerhead Rd, and you will find the aquarium at 900 Loggerhead Rd, Kure Beach, NC 28449. Be sure to wear a helmet and follow all traffic rules for safety.
