Start at the Chapel Hill Transit Center located at 690 E Franklin St, Chapel Hill, NC. From there, take the 'J' bus line heading towards 'Southpoint'. Ensure you check the schedule for the most updated times. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. You will want to get off at the stop called 'Bennett Memorial Rd at Old Chapel Hill Rd'. After disembarking, walk along Bennett Memorial Rd for about 0.5 miles until you reach Bennett Place, which is located at 4409 Bennett Memorial Rd, Durham, NC 27705. The site will be on your left.
Biking
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from local bike-sharing stations in Chapel Hill. Start at the Town Hall, located at 405 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Chapel Hill, NC. Head north on Martin Luther King Jr Blvd until you reach E Franklin St. Turn right on E Franklin St and continue until you reach the intersection with Old Chapel Hill Rd. Turn left onto Old Chapel Hill Rd and follow it for about 2 miles until you come to Bennett Memorial Rd. Turn right onto Bennett Memorial Rd, and Bennett Place will be on your right at 4409 Bennett Memorial Rd, Durham, NC 27705.
Walking
If you enjoy walking, you can take a scenic route from downtown Chapel Hill. Start at the UNC Chapel Hill campus, specifically at the Old Well. Walk north towards the intersection with Franklin St and take a left onto Franklin St. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Old Chapel Hill Rd. Turn right onto Old Chapel Hill Rd and walk straight for about 2 miles. When you reach Bennett Memorial Rd, turn left and walk for a short distance until you arrive at Bennett Place, located at 4409 Bennett Memorial Rd, Durham, NC 27705.
