Car
If you're driving from the central area of Crystal Coast, head east on Highway 24 (Emerald Isle Road). Continue on NC-24 E for approximately 15 miles. As you approach Swansboro, take the exit toward US-258 N/NC-24 E. Merge onto US-258 N and continue for about 1.5 miles. Turn right onto E Corbett Ave, and you will find Bicentennial Park located at 104 E Corbett Ave, Swansboro, NC 28584. There is ample parking available at the park.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, check the local bus service (Onslow County Transportation) for routes that can get you to Swansboro. Typically, you would take Route 1 to reach Swansboro Station. From there, Bicentennial Park is a short 0.5-mile walk. Head southwest on E Main St toward E Corbett Ave, then turn left onto E Corbett Ave. The park will be on your left. Be sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time for the latest timings.
Biking/Walking
If you're already in Swansboro, you can easily bike or walk to Bicentennial Park. The park is located about 1 mile from downtown Swansboro. Start at the Swansboro Town Hall and head east on E Main St. Continue straight until you reach E Corbett Ave, then turn left. The park entrance will be on your left. This is a pleasant and scenic route; make sure to enjoy the views along the way.
