Once in the park, follow the signs directing you towards the Greenville Zoo. The zoo is located at 150 Cleveland Park Dr, just a short walk from the main park entrance.

From downtown Greenville, locate the nearest Greenlink bus stop. You can take the Greenlink bus route that heads towards the Cleveland Park area. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop closest to Cleveland Park. After getting off, walk towards Cleveland Park Drive and follow the signs to the zoo entrance.
