To reach Carvers Creek State Park by car, start by getting onto US-1 S from your current location in the Mountain Region. Continue on US-1 S for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 71 for NC-87 S towards Fayetteville. Merge onto NC-87 S and continue for about 10 miles. Turn right onto Long Valley Rd, and the park entrance will be on your left after about 2 miles. The park is located at 2505 Long Valley Rd, Spring Lake, NC 28390. Parking is available at the park entrance.

If traveling by public transportation, first take a bus from your nearest station to Fayetteville. Once in Fayetteville, you can catch the 24X bus route towards Spring Lake. Get off at the Long Valley Rd & Carvers Creek State Park stop. The park entrance is a short walk from the bus stop.
