If you are starting from the Raleigh Convention Center, walk to the nearest bus stop at the corner of W Lenoir St and S Salisbury St. Catch the GoRaleigh bus number 21, heading towards the South Raleigh area. Stay on the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the South McDowell St stop. From there, walk south for about 5 minutes on S McDowell St, and you will arrive at The Trolley Lot located at 424 S McDowell St.
