If you are driving within Uwharrie National Forest, you will want to head towards the town of Troy, NC. Use your GPS or map app to navigate to 100 W Main St, Troy, NC 27371. From the heart of Uwharrie National Forest, take NC-49 South until you reach the intersection with US-64. Turn left onto US-64 E, and continue driving until you reach Troy. Once in Troy, keep an eye out for W Main St; the Discover Uwharrie Welcome Center will be on your left. Parking is available nearby.
