Continue on I-90 W for about 45 miles until you reach Exit 24 for Medora. Take Exit 24 and follow the signs for ND-16 N towards Medora. Once in Medora, turn left onto 36th St. Sully Creek State Park will be on your right at 1465 36th St, Medora, ND 58645.
