Car
If you are driving, head south on SD-34 from the Badlands National Park towards Wall. Continue on SD-34 for about 30 miles until you reach the junction with I-90. Merge onto I-90 W and drive for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 17 for Deadwood and merge onto US-85 N. Follow US-85 N for about 10 miles until you reach Deadwood. Once in Deadwood, turn left onto Van Buren St. After about 0.2 miles, you will find the Adams House located at 22 Van Buren St.

From Badlands National Park, you will need to take a shuttle or bus to Rapid City first. Several local services may operate this route, and it typically costs around $25-$40. Once at Rapid City, you can catch the Jefferson Lines bus that heads to Deadwood. The fare is approximately $15-$25. Upon arrival in Deadwood, walk to Van Buren St and head south for about 0.2 miles to reach the Adams House at 22 Van Buren St.
