From Badlands National Park, take SD-240 W (Badlands Loop Road) towards Wall. After approximately 30 miles, merge onto I-90 W. Continue on I-90 W for about 25 miles. Take exit 110 for SD-34 W towards Wounded Knee. Follow SD-34 W for approximately 30 miles, then take a left onto Wounded Knee Road. The memorial will be on your right.

Unfortunately, there is no direct public transportation available from Badlands to Wounded Knee Memorial. Visitors would need to arrange a private shuttle or taxi from Wall, SD. Take a bus or shuttle from Badlands to Wall, which is about 30 miles away. Once in Wall, you can hire a taxi for the remaining 30 miles to reach Wounded Knee Memorial.
