From the Theodore Roosevelt National Park, exit the park and get onto US-85 N. Continue on US-85 N for about 30 miles until you reach the junction with US-2 E in Williston. Take the exit onto US-2 E and continue for approximately 35 miles. In Minot, take the exit onto US-83 S. Follow this road for about 5 miles, then take the exit for E Burdick Expy. The zoo will be on your right at 1219 E Burdick Expy, Minot, ND 58701. The drive will take you roughly 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on traffic.
