From the capital, Saipan, head north on Chalan Pale Arnold Road. Continue on Beach Road until you reach the village of San Roque. Turn left onto Bird Island Road and follow the signs to Bird Island Beach. The road may be narrow and unpaved in some sections, so drive carefully.
