Walking
From the center of Kagman, head southeast towards the main road. Follow the path until you reach the intersection with the main road leading to Saipan. Turn right at the intersection and continue walking straight. You will pass by local shops and residential areas. As you walk, keep an eye out for the signs indicating direction to Navy Hill. After approximately 30 minutes of walking, you will reach a bus stop. Here, you can wait for public transport heading towards Navy Hill or continue walking for another 10-15 minutes. If you opt to walk, keep going straight until you reach the entrance of the Navy Hill area. The Japanese Lighthouse is located on top of the hill, and you can follow the trail leading upwards to the lighthouse.
