From the center of Garapan, head east on Beach Road (Route 30) toward the Capitol Hill area. Continue walking for about 2 miles until you reach Luao Drive. Turn left onto Luao Drive and follow it for approximately 0.5 miles. The entrance to Dragon Tail Beach will be on your right. Follow the path leading down to the beach.

Take a public bus from the Garapan area to the Capitol Hill area. Look for the bus that has 'Capitol Hill' as its destination. The bus will drop you off at a stop near Luao Drive. Once you get off the bus, walk east along Luao Drive for about 0.5 miles. The entrance to Dragon Tail Beach will be on your right. Follow the path down to the beach.
