Follow Beach Road until you reach the intersection with Chalan Kanoa, then turn left onto Chalan Kanoa. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Middle Road (Route 30). Turn right onto Middle Road. After a while, you will reach the Kagman area. Keep walking along Middle Road until you see the signs for Kagman III and Forbidden Island Lookout. You will need to walk approximately 1.5 miles from the intersection of Beach Road and Chalan Kanoa to reach the lookout point, which should be on your left. Stay alert for any signs indicating the direction to Forbidden Island Lookout.

From Garapan, head to the nearest bus stop. Catch a bus heading towards Kagman. Ensure to inform the driver that you want to get off at Kagman III. Once you arrive in Kagman, ask locals for directions to Forbidden Island Lookout, as it is a well-known spot. You will likely need to walk approximately 15-20 minutes from the bus stop to reach the lookout point, following the main roads and keeping an eye out for signage.
