Starting from Suicide Cliff, head northwest on the main road. Continue straight for approximately 5 miles until you reach the intersection with Bird Island Trail. Turn left onto Bird Island Trail and follow it until you reach the parking area near Bird Island Beach. Note that parking is free, but be sure to arrive early as spaces can fill up quickly.

Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, look for the local bus service that runs from various points in Saipan, including Suicide Cliff. Take the bus towards I Maddok and ask the driver to drop you off at Bird Island Trail. From there, it is a short walk (about 0.5 miles) down Bird Island Trail to reach Bird Island Beach. The bus fare is approximately $3 per person one way.

If you're feeling adventurous and are already near the base of Suicide Cliff, you can walk to Bird Island Beach. Head southwest towards Bird Island Trail, which is about a 1-mile hike. The trail is well-marked, but be prepared for a bit of a trek back up, so wear comfortable shoes and bring water. This option is free of charge.
