Start at the Ålesund Town Centre (Storgata street). Head towards the waterfront and find the Ålesund Ferry Terminal. From the terminal, walk across the pedestrian bridge to Nørvøya Island. Once on the island, follow the main pathway that leads you towards the northern part of the island. Continue walking until you see the signs for Rollo the Viking, which is located at the northern end of Nørvøya. The walk should take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on your pace.

From Ålesund Town Centre, head to the nearest bus stop (e.g., 'Ålesund terminal'). Take bus number 610 towards 'Nørvøya'. You should check the bus schedule ahead of time for the exact times. Get off at the stop named 'Nørvøya'. After disembarking, follow the signs toward Rollo the Viking, which is a short walk from the bus stop. This journey takes about 15-20 minutes, including the walk.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Ålesund. Start at the Town Centre and head towards the waterfront. Follow the cycling paths that lead to Nørvøya Island.
