From there, head north on Strandgaten street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Bryggen, the historic wharf area. Turn left onto Bryggen and follow it until you reach the tall, red-bricked fortress walls. The museum is located within the fortress grounds at Bergenhus 30, 5003 Bergen. It's approximately a 15-20 minute walk.
