Getting There

    If you are starting from the Bergen Fish Market (Fisketorget), exit the market and head towards the waterfront. Walk along the harbor promenade (Bryggen) for about 10 minutes until you reach the end of the wharf. Continue walking straight, and you will see a large green park area on your left. Follow the path through the park until you reach the Bergenhus Fortress entrance. The fortress is located at 5003 Bergen.

    From the Bergen Bus Station, take Bus Line 5 towards 'Wergeland' from the Bus Terminal. After approximately 5 minutes, get off at the 'Festningen' bus stop.
