From the city center of Bodø, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at Rådhusplassen. Here, you can catch bus number 5 towards Rønvik. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Rønvik' stop. From there, walk straight for about 5 minutes along Rønvikveien Street until you reach Lunevollen Street. Turn left onto Lunevollen Street, and after a short walk, you will see Kirkhaugen Park on your right.

If you are in the city center of Bodø, you can also walk to Kirkhaugen Park. Start at the Bodø Cathedral, located on Storgata Street. Head west on Storgata until you reach the intersection with Rådhusgata. Turn left onto Rådhusgata, and continue until you reach Rønvikveien. Turn right onto Rønvikveien and walk until you reach Lunevollen Street. Turn left onto Lunevollen Street, and after a short distance, you will find Kirkhaugen Park on your right. This walk will take around 30-35 minutes.
