Walking
From the Bodø city center, start at the Bodø Bus Station. Head northeast on Storgata street for about 500 meters until you reach the waterfront. You will see the harbor and the beautiful view of the sea. Continue walking along the waterfront promenade, enjoying the scenic views. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach the end of the promenade at the ferry terminal.
Ferry
At the ferry terminal, look for the ferry to Nyholmen. The ferry ride takes about 10-15 minutes. Make sure to check the schedule ahead of time to ensure you catch the next ferry. Once you arrive at Nyholmen, disembark and follow the signs to the lighthouse, which is located a short walk from the ferry dock.
Walking
After getting off the ferry at Nyholmen, head southwest along the path leading to the lighthouse. The walk is approximately 500 meters and takes you through beautiful coastal scenery. Follow the signs directing you to Nyholmen lighthouse, which is hard to miss as you approach it along the path.
