Walking
Start from the center of Bodø, at the intersection of Storgata and Rådhusgata. Head north on Storgata towards the waterfront. Continue walking straight until you reach the Bodø Harbour area. From the harbour, follow the signs towards 'Pallfjellet' which will lead you to the start of the hiking trail. This walk will take approximately 30 minutes.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From the central bus station in Bodø, take bus number 4 towards 'Norselandsveien'. Get off at the 'Pallfjellet' bus stop, which is the last stop on the route. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. From the bus stop, follow the marked trail signs leading to Pallfjellet. The trailhead is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
Cycling
If you prefer to cycle, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops near the Bodø city center. Cycle north along Storgata towards the waterfront. Follow the bike path that leads to the 'Pallfjellet' area. The cycling route will take about 20 minutes, and you'll find bike racks near the trailhead.
