Getting There

• Car

  From Buskerud, take the E18 highway towards Oslo. The drive takes approximately 50 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you reach Oslo, follow the signs for 'Sentrum' (City Center) and continue onto Ring 1. After about 10 minutes, take the exit towards 'Aker Brygge' and follow the road until you reach Strandpromenaden. There is limited street parking available nearby, but you may also find parking in nearby parking garages. Be aware that parking fees typically apply.

• Public Transportation - Train

  From any location in Buskerud, take a regional train to Oslo Central Station (Oslo S). The journey usually takes between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your starting point. Upon arrival at Oslo Central Station, follow the signs to the T-bane (subway) and take Line 1 (Frognerseteren) or Line 2 (Sognsvann) to Nationaltheatret Station. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk to Tjuvholmen Sculpture Park. Walk towards the waterfront along the Aker Brygge promenade until you reach Strandpromenaden 2.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  If you prefer to travel by bus, catch a bus from your location in Buskerud to Oslo. Once in Oslo, you can take Bus #60 or #74 from the Bus Terminal towards 'Aker Brygge'. Get off at the 'Aker Brygge' stop. From there, it’s a short walk to Tjuvholmen Sculpture Park, located at Strandpromenaden 2. Be sure to check the bus schedules for the latest routes and timings.
