Car

If you're driving, head towards Oslo city center. From there, follow signs for E18 towards Drammen. Exit onto the E6 towards Trondheim. Take the exit for Ring 3 towards Ryen. Continue on Ring 3 until you reach the Grønland area, then follow signs for Grünerløkka. Park your car in one of the local parking areas, as street parking can be limited.

Public Transportation - Train

Take a train from your location in Eastern Norway to Oslo Central Station (Oslo S). Trains run frequently from major cities like Lillehammer, Drammen, and Kongsberg. Once at Oslo Central Station, transfer to the T-bane (metro) lines. Take Line 5 (Vestli) or Line 4 (Bergkrystallen) and disembark at the 'Grünerløkka' station. From there, it's a short walk to Nedre foss.
