From your location in Finnmark Plateau, head towards the E6 highway. If you're near Masi, take the turn onto the Rv94 road heading southeast. Continue on Rv94 until you reach the junction with Rv92. Turn left onto Rv92 and follow this road for approximately 24 kilometers. Look for signs indicating Girkočohkka, which is located at coordinates 69.4285° N, 23.6782° E. Once you reach CMHH+C7, 9525 Máze, you will find parking areas available for visitors.

Public Transportation

If you are using public transportation, you can take a bus from Alta or Karasjok to Masi. The bus services may vary, so check the schedule in advance for the most current times. Once in Masi, you will need to arrange for a taxi or local rideshare service to reach Girkočohkka, as it is approximately 10 kilometers from the bus stop in Masi. Ensure you budget for taxi costs, which can range from NOK 200 to NOK 400 depending on local rates.
