Public Transport
From the center of Fredrikstad, start at the Fredrikstad Bus Station. Take Bus 100 towards Sarpsborg. You will travel for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Tønsberg' stop. From there, walk towards the Vikingodden located at Ollebukta 3. It’s about a 15-minute walk. Head west on Ollebukta towards the water, and you will see signs directing you to the maritime museum, which is Vikingodden.

If you are already near the waterfront in Fredrikstad, head towards the river and follow the path alongside it. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Tønsberg, which is a scenic route. Once you arrive in Tønsberg, follow the walking directions from the ferry terminal to the Vikingodden, located at Ollebukta 3, approximately a 15-minute walk.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing stations in Fredrikstad. Cycle towards Tønsberg along the designated bike paths. The journey will take around 1 hour. Once in Tønsberg, navigate to Ollebukta 3, where Vikingodden is located. Look for signs or use a map application to guide you to your destination.
