Car
If you're driving from the center of Geiranger, head south on E136 towards Hellesylt. After approximately 3 kilometers, take the road to the right towards Storsæterfossen. Follow the signs for Storsæterfossen as you drive along the scenic route. Parking is available near the trailhead, but note that some areas may require a small parking fee.
Public Transportation
From the main bus stop in Geiranger, take the local bus that heads towards Hellesylt. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Storsæterfossen. The bus ride will take about 10-15 minutes. After disembarking, follow the signs to the waterfall, which is about a 30-minute walk from the bus stop. Ensure to check the bus schedule for return trips.
Hiking
For those who enjoy hiking, you can access the Storsæterfossen trail from the main road. Start at the trailhead located near the parking area. The hike is approximately 2 kilometers and is moderately challenging, taking around 30-45 minutes to reach the waterfall.
