Once in Eidfjord, look for Smievegen road, which is a small turnoff. Follow Smievegen for about 1 km, and you will find Overlook at Smievegen 7, 5783 Eidfjord. Parking is available nearby.
Public Transportation
To reach Overlook by public transportation, take a bus heading towards Eidfjord from the nearest bus stop in Hardangervidda National Park. You can check the schedules on the Nor-Way Bussekspress website. Once you arrive in Eidfjord, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Smievegen. The distance is approximately 1 km, which should take around 15-20 minutes on foot. Local taxis are available and can be arranged through your accommodation or at the bus station.
