If you're driving, start from the center of Hardangervidda National Park and head towards Eidfjord. Take the E134 road towards Eidfjord, which offers beautiful views along the way. Once in Eidfjord, look for Smievegen road, which is a small turnoff. Follow Smievegen for about 1 km, and you will find Overlook at Smievegen 7, 5783 Eidfjord. Parking is available nearby.

To reach Overlook by public transportation, take a bus heading towards Eidfjord from the nearest bus stop in Hardangervidda National Park. You can check the schedules on the Nor-Way Bussekspress website. Once you arrive in Eidfjord, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Smievegen. The distance is approximately 1 km, which should take around 15-20 minutes on foot. Local taxis are available and can be arranged through your accommodation or at the bus station.
