Car
From the center of Lillehammer, head north on Storgata towards Mølla. Continue onto Fåberggvegen (E6) and follow the signs for E6 towards Øyer. After about 5 km, take the exit towards Fåberg and drive for approximately 3 km. Look for signs directing you towards Engehuken gapahuk. There is a parking area near the gapahuk. Please note that there may be a parking fee, so be sure to have some coins or a payment app ready.
Public Transportation
From Lillehammer, take the bus from Lillehammer Bus Station towards Øyer. You can check the schedule on the Nettbuss website for the latest routes and times. Get off at the Fåberg stop. From the bus stop, it is approximately a 30-minute walk to Engehuken gapahuk. Follow the walking trails towards the gapahuk, and ensure you have a map or GPS to guide you along the way.

If you are already in the vicinity of Fåberg, you can walk directly to Engehuken gapahuk. Start from the main road in Fåberg and follow the marked hiking trails leading to the gapahuk. The trail is approximately 2 km and takes about 30-40 minutes to hike, depending on your pace. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear and bring water, as the trail can be steep in certain areas.
