If you're driving, start from the center of Hamar, which is approximately 20 km from Veldre kirke. Head northeast on E6 towards Brumunddal. After about 15 km, take the exit toward Rv213 towards Brumunddal. Continue on Rv213 for about 5 km, then turn left onto Flesakervegen. Veldre kirke will be on your right at Flesakervegen 23.
