After about 1.5 km, turn left onto Fåvangvegen (Route 255) and continue for approximately 3 km. You will see signs for Utsiktspunkt. The exact coordinates are 61.247577, 10.475853. Once you arrive, you will find parking available nearby.

Public Transportation

To reach Utsiktspunkt using public transportation, start by taking the local bus from Hafjell to Øyer. The bus stop is located near the main entrance of the ski resort. Check the bus schedule as it may vary by season. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Øyer, you will need to walk about 1 km to reach Utsiktspunkt. Follow the signs towards the scenic viewpoint, or use a map app on your smartphone for navigation. Note that you may need to pay a fare for the bus, which typically costs around 50 NOK.

Walking

If you prefer to walk from Hafjell, it is about a 5 km trek to Utsiktspunkt. Start at the Hafjell ski resort and walk along the Hafjellvegen road heading northeast. Follow the road for approximately 3 km until you reach the intersection with Fåvangvegen (Route 255). Turn left and continue walking for another 2 km. You will see signs guiding you to Utsiktspunkt. The walk takes roughly 1 to 1.5 hours, so wear comfortable shoes and bring water.
