Car
If you are driving from Reine or Hamnøy, take the E10 road heading towards Å. Continue on E10 for about 30 kilometers until you reach the sign for 'Å'. Take the exit towards Å and follow the road until you reach the small town of Å. Look for a parking area near the shoreline, as the Turtle Rock is located just a short walk from the center of Å. The approximate driving time is around 35 minutes.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From larger towns like Leknes or Svolvær, take a bus towards Å. Check the local bus schedules for the most accurate times as they can vary. The bus will take you directly to Å, and you will need to get off at the Å stop. From there, it's a short walk to Turtle Rock. Make sure to check the bus fare, which can range from 100 to 200 NOK depending on your departure location.
Walking
Once you arrive at Å, walk towards the water and follow the coastal path that leads to Turtle Rock. The walk is about 1 kilometer and takes around 15-20 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views along the way, and be sure to have your camera ready for great photo opportunities.
