From Åndalsnes, take the E136 road eastwards. After about 8 kilometers, turn left onto Route 63, which leads to Trollstigen. Follow this route for approximately 18 kilometers until you reach the Trollstigen Foothill Viewpoint. There is a parking area at the viewpoint where you can safely leave your car. Note that parking may incur a small fee, especially during the peak tourist season.
