Walking
If you are starting from the Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), exit the station and head towards Jernbanetorget. From there, walk straight onto Karl Johans gate, the main street of Oslo. Continue walking along Karl Johans gate for about 1 kilometer until you reach the National Theatre (Nationaltheatret). Once at the National Theatre, turn left onto Stortingsgata. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Henrik Ibsens gate. Continue straight onto Henrik Ibsens gate, and after a short walk, you will see the Statue of Franklin D. Roosevelt located in the area near the waterfront at the edge of the park.

From the Oslo Central Station (Oslo S), head to the tram stop located just outside the station. Take tram line 12 towards Majorstuen. After about 4 stops, disembark at the 'Nationaltheatret' stop. From there, exit the tram and walk towards the park along the waterfront. The Statue of Franklin D. Roosevelt will be in the area close to the waterfront, easily visible from the park.
