Car
From Rauland, take the E134 highway southbound towards Rjukan. Continue on E134 for approximately 30 kilometers. When you reach Rjukan, follow the signs for Møsvannveien. Turn onto Møsvannveien and continue for about 5 kilometers. The Hardangervidda National Park Center will be on your right at Møsvannveien 1149, 3660 Rjukan. There is parking available at the center, and it's free of charge.

Catch a bus from Rauland to Rjukan. Buses operate regularly, and the journey takes about 45 minutes. Once you arrive in Rjukan, you will need to take a local bus toward Møsvannveien. Make sure to check the bus schedules ahead of time as they may vary. The local bus will drop you off close to the Hardangervidda National Park Center, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Ensure you have change for the bus fare, which is typically around 50 NOK.
