Car
If you are driving from anywhere in the Sognefjord area, head towards Flåm. From the center of Flåm, take Vikjavegen road. Follow the road for about 1 km until you reach Fjord Viewpoint located at Vikjavegen 4, 5742 Flåm. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that parking may incur a fee, usually around NOK 50-100 per day.
Public Transportation
To reach Fjord Viewpoint via public transportation, take the bus from your location in Sognefjord to Flåm. The bus service is operated by Nor-Way Bussekspress and runs frequently from several towns in the region. Once you arrive at Flåm bus station, exit and walk along Vikjavegen road for about 1 km to reach Fjord Viewpoint at Vikjavegen 4. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return trips, as they may vary depending on the season.
Taxi
For a more convenient option, you can take a taxi from any point in Flåm directly to Fjord Viewpoint. Taxis are available at the Flåm train station or can be booked via local taxi services. The ride should take about 5 minutes and will cost approximately NOK 100-150 depending on your starting location.
