Getting there

Bus

From the Stavanger city center, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is 'Stavanger busstasjon'. Take bus number 1 towards 'Hafrsfjord'. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest times. Get off at the stop 'Møllebukta'. From the bus stop, walk east for about 5 minutes along the waterfront until you reach Sverd i fjell, which will be visible on your right.

Ferry and Walk

Start at 'Stavanger sentrum' and walk to the 'Skagenkaien' ferry terminal. Take the ferry to 'Hafrsfjord', which takes about 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Hafrsfjord, exit the ferry and walk towards Møllebukta. Follow the signs for Sverd i fjell, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal.

Bicycle

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the rental spots in Stavanger. Head south towards Hafrsfjord. Follow the coastal road, which is about 7 km from the city center. The ride should take around 30-40 minutes. Once you reach Møllebukta, park your bike and walk towards the Sverd i fjell monument, which is easily accessible.
