If you are driving, start on the E18 highway in Telemark. Head towards Lunde and take the exit towards Rv 36. Continue on Rv 36 until you reach Vrangfossvegen. Turn onto Vrangfossvegen and follow the signs to Vrangfoss Locks. The GPS coordinates are 59.300984, 9.204256. There is free parking available near the locks.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transport, take a bus from Skien or Porsgrunn to Lunde.
