If you are driving, head towards RQ92+97, 5770 Håra. From the center of Håra, take the road towards Skjeggedal. Follow the signs for Trolltunga, which will guide you to the parking area located at the base of the trail. The parking fee is approximately NOK 300 for a day. Ensure you arrive early, especially during peak season, as parking spots fill up quickly.

To reach Trolltunga via public transportation, take a bus from Bergen to Odda. The bus journey takes around 3 hours.
