Walking
From the city center (Storgata), head west towards the Tromsø Cathedral. Once you reach the cathedral, continue straight on towards the university area. Follow the signs for the University of Tromsø. After approximately 1 km, you will reach Lars Thørings veg. Turn left onto Lars Thørings veg, and Folkeparken will be on your left after a short walk.

Catch bus line 26 from the Tromsø city center (the nearest bus stop is at Storgata). The bus will take you towards the University of Tromsø. Get off at the 'Universitetet i Tromsø' stop. From there, walk along Lars Thørings veg for about 10 minutes, and you will find Folkeparken on your left.
