Walking
If you are starting from the Trondheim Central Station (Trondheim S), exit the station and head north on Jernbanegata. Continue straight until you reach Bakklandet, a picturesque area with wooden houses. Turn left onto Bakklandet and walk along the river until you reach the Old Town Bridge (Gamle Bybro). Cross the bridge, and at the end, turn right onto Kjøpmannsgata. Follow Kjøpmannsgata until you reach Munkegata. Turn left onto Munkegata and walk for about 5 minutes. Stiftsgården will be on your left at Munkegata 23.

Public Transport - Bus
From Trondheim Central Station, walk to the nearby bus stop 'Trondheim S'. Take bus number 1 or 3 towards 'Munkegata'. The bus ride takes about 5 minutes. Get off at the 'Munkegata' stop. From there, it's a short walk to Stiftsgården, which is located at Munkegata 23. Just walk straight ahead for about 3 minutes, and you will see Stiftsgården on your right.

If you are near the 'Dronningens gate' tram stop, take tram line 1 towards 'Lade'. Ride for 2 stops and get off at 'Munkegata'. From the tram stop, walk back towards the intersection and turn right onto Munkegata. Stiftsgården is located at Munkegata 23, about a 5-minute walk from the tram stop.
